Allusive German production collective Humanity and Köln singer-songwriter Alina Lorfeo come together on ‘Feeling Good (Less Normal)’ to reimagine the Nina Simone classic on D4 D4NCE. This package features two mixes, opening with the boldly electronic original, as cinematic breakdowns and maximalist production to provide a full-throttle backdrop to Alina’s powerful vocal. Taking a more stripped back approach on the Club Mix, which is decidedly housier in its composition, warm percussion and jazz-infused horns make for an irresistible, sun-drenched cut.
